How do I get started?

Simply choose a plan and complete the purchase. You'll be redirected to our short onboarding form. We'll ask for your WordPress login details, and within 48 hours, your site will be fully set up, backed up, and protected.

No technical knowledge required on your end.

What access do you need to manage my site?

All we need is a WordPress admin login — that's it.

We do not need your hosting password, FTP credentials, or payment information. We'll create our own admin user during onboarding, so your existing credentials stay private and secure.

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fee.

Your first month covers everything; we'll have your site fully onboarded, backed up, and protected within 48 hours of signing up. Just pick a plan and we'll handle the rest.

How long does setup take?

Most sites are fully onboarded within 24 to 48 hours. We install and configure all necessary tools, run a baseline security scan, take an initial backup, and document your site's current state before we make any changes.

What happens if my site gets hacked?

On Premium and Enterprise plans, malware removal is included at no extra charge. We'll clean the infection, restore from a clean backup if needed, identify how the breach occurred, and patch the vulnerability.

On Essential, we'll prioritize the cleanup and provide a flat-rate quote before starting work.

What if an update breaks my site?

We always take a full backup before applying any updates. If something breaks, we can restore your site to exactly where it was within minutes. We also review updates before applying them; we never let your site auto-update and hope for the best.

What if I need something that isn't in my plan?

No problem. Anything outside your plan's scope, new pages, design changes, and custom functionality is available as additional work billed at our standard hourly rate. We'll always quote before starting, so there are no surprises on your invoice.

Is there a contract?

No contracts. All plans are month-to-month, cancel anytime. When you sign up through our payment page, you'll be asked to agree to our simple terms and conditions. These outline what's included in your plan, our cancellation policy, and how we handle edge cases like security incidents. Nothing complicated, just clear expectations on both sides.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel before your next billing date, and you won't be charged again.

We'll provide a full backup of your site, so you leave with everything intact. No cancellation fees, no awkward conversations.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Absolutely. You can switch plans at any time; changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If your site grows and you need more coverage, moving up to Premium or Enterprise takes one email.

Will I know what you're doing on my site?

Every month, you'll receive a plain-English report showing exactly what was done, what updates were applied, what backups were completed, what security scans were run, and your site's current performance scores.

No jargon, no fluff. Just a clear record of what happened and how your site is doing.

How do I contact you if something goes wrong?

Email is our primary support channel, and we respond within 24 hours on Essential, same business day on Premium, and within a few hours on Enterprise. For genuine emergencies, shut down, active hack

Premium and Enterprise clients get priority response regardless of when it happens.

Do you work on WooCommerce sites?

Yes. WooCommerce sites are supported on our Enterprise plan. E-commerce sites have a higher risk profile than standard WordPress sites, so we treat them with extra care — additional compatibility checks before updates, more frequent backups, and priority response if anything affects your checkout or payment flow.

How is this different from my hosting provider's backup?

Most hosting providers store backups on the same server as your site — meaning that if your hosting account is compromised, your backups are too. Our backups are stored off-site in a separate Google Drive account, tested monthly to confirm they actually restore, and retained for longer than most hosts offer on standard plans.

Do you offer SEO services as well?
