About

Mike PatchEthical Champ is an anagram for Michael Patch, owner and CEO of the company Ethical Champ Network.

As a true believer of customer relations, Ethical Champ strives to help and provide sound SEO marketing and consulting in all areas needed for a client’s business. The hands-on approach when strategizing options and solutions is an aspect that is taken with great pride, as is being the trusted voice whenever needed.

Still, over the years meeting with clients about their Internet Maketing needs, one thing has always remained a constant: Frustration. Many clients do not have the time to invest into the SEO process and feel overwhelmed. In many cases clients are looking to simply free themselves of all headaches, wanting an easy solution. Ethical Champ and his team of content writers, link builders, and strategists make things easy with a complete hands-on approach that gets the results clients are after.

Search Engine Optimization is an always changing and complex field. While some companies outsource entire campaigns or blind clients with stats and charts, Ethical Champ cuts to the chase and delivers results that matter.

Every website is different, and no matter what you hear, the standard cookie-cutter SEO formula cannot be applied to every business. Your website is different from all other businesses and will have it’s share of strengths and weaknesses. Yet the most important first step is to identify what best SEO tactics or practices will make your site more visible to search engines. Before any tactics or on-site tweaks are started, you must first ask yourself: “What Keywords do my customers use when searching for my business or product?  What would they enter to find my company?”

Putting yourself in the shoes of potential clients is the kind of outside the box thinking that Ethical Champ really thrives in. A strategic layout to maximize the most potential clients will be prepared before starting. The right keywords and phrases will be targeted to ensure your investment sees its maximum return.

  • -Ethical Champ is a regular at SEO conferences, and was in Seattle for 2011′s SEO Moz’s “MOZcon”
  • -Michael Patch was a guest SEO speaker at Langara University in Vancouver, BC
  • -Guest Speaker at Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, BC in 2011.

Langara was an excellent experience in which the introduction of SEO was presented to a class of graduating students that were about to step forward into the world, looking for and/or creating businesses of their own. This particular class was skilled in advanced photography, and was shown some tips on how to protect their images while using some On Page skills to help showcase their work.

Thompson Rivers was a fun and exciting opportunity in which I was asked to speak to a class of entrepreneurs. The idea of SEO was also a very new element into their plan for building a business model.
